I contacted Cc mid April to let her know my current tenants were moving in May. I live out of state and needed someone to assist me with the move out process of my current tenants and help me find new tenant before the end of May. Cc got on the ball and found me new tenants within the month. She did all the initial screening, background, and credit checks. She also connected with my HOA management company and submitted the necessary paperwork requirements necessary prior to move in. She also assisted my new tenants during the move-in process. I cannot thank Cc enough for handling helping find great tenants and handled everything professionally for me in my absence. I highly recommend Cc for Rentals and for finding your dream home!
