When we moved to Colorado from New Mexico we had ridiculous expectations because we were bringing our minature goats to the city. She understood how important all our animals were and found us a spectacular home within our price range. She went above and beyond looking through HOA's , speaking to the town sheriff to ensure we wouldn't have to find new homes for our animals later on. With her help we were able to buy a new build with no HOA, a big yard, and close to a charter school for our boys. As Colorado grew and we decided it was time to move once again we called Tracy's team to help us sell our home they helped us buy. She did great research and was honest with us on how well our home would sell for. With her advice and patience when the time was right she sold our home for more than we expected.
