As a first time home buyer I was nervous and felt very overwhelmed. Caylin made the entire process and experience fun, exciting and best of all less stressful for me. She completely understood my needs, wants and budget. She was always available to me by phone text or email to answer questions or even just to calm my nerves. She was absolutely amazing when we found our home negotiating with the seller. I recommend her to anyone and everyone buying or selling a property. Caylin Hawkins helped my husband and I find our dream home. After four years of searching for a house without luck, including two failed offers, we were discouraged and ready to give up. Inventories were very low; prices were high. It was not a good time to buy. Then a friend recommended Caylin to us. “Trust me,” he said, “She is wonderful.” So I had a phone call with Caylin and told her our criteria, which was extremely strict. Looking back, I realize there were so few homes – none that were for sale – that fit our criteria. This did not discourage Caylin. Before we even met her in person, she proactively reached out to potential buyers in the limited area we were looking. The house we bought just a few weeks later was not listed for sale. She created this sale through her relentless efforts. During the time between when we saw the house, made an offer, and through closing, Caylin worked tirelessly on our behalf. She was proactive (did I use that word already?) in doing research on the permitting and maintenance of a nearby retention pond, she set up the inspection, and juggled scheduling and opening the house for the subsequent repair work. She navigated a tricky closing with sellers (not represented by a real estate agent) 😊with grace. I would not hesitate to recommend this energetic, patient, go-getter.
