I am an active real estate agent, investor, and property manager. In January 2022, since I joined SUV Properties, I have been involved in BRRR, flips, house hacking, and anything that smells like investment real estate. My personal real estate story began in 2017, when I invested in a single family rental unit. It has been a learning experience and the real estate bug has been biting me ever since. At age 18, I got my license and am working within a highly successful property management and real estate sales company. We currently manage approximately 500 units for investors. Successful real estate investing involves understanding the market, interest rates, rental rates, and location. It is better to spend a little bit more money and purchase a better location; buying the least expensive property on the market may not make money in the long run.
