Cathy listed and sold my house in 2016. In fact, most of the transactions and paperwork were conducted while I was out of the country. I appointed a Power of Attorney to stand in for me during the closing. Cathy handled all the documents and issues with me either over the phone, by text messaging or by email. This wasn't always easy because I was in Newfoundland and didn't always have internet or phone service. But Cathy hung in there and got everything processed completely and on time. Cathy moved into my neighborhood before I listed my house with her so I knew her personally before we did business together.
