Kathy gives excellent market pricing and timing experience. We sold for $20k more than the bank realtor's valuation. Our first purchase offer was our asking price. Another nearly identical house in our neighbourhood has been sitting on the market for over 3 weeks, asking a greedy price. I'm very happy with the quick and smooth sale. It has made buying the house in our new country go very smoothly as well. Kathy also provided sweet advice on decor and staging. Some easy paint and plants, she gave the finishing touches to make our house look like it was from a magazine.

Cathy was very friendly and personable in providing us extensive market research to make sure our home sold and see us through every stage of the process. My husband and I felt guided and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent or a better experience.

Had a great experience and it went very quickly and easy, she explained everything very well for us

Cathy was so patient and kind. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us to find our perfect house.

Great realtor and easy to work with

We recently had the pleasure to work with Cathy Wheeler to help sell our home and we couldn't be happier with the experience. She was able to lead us through the process of downsizing and listing the house. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress-free, thanks to Cathy's expertise and professionalism. What really impressed us about Cathy was her ability to listen to what we needed and tailor her services accordingly. She was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance throughout the entire process. Her communication skills are top-notch, and she made sure that we were informed every step of the way. Her cheerful and positive attitude and attention to detail, knowledge of the market, and commitment to her clients' success are truly exceptional. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Cathy, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent. Thanks again, Cathy, for all of your hard work!

Cathy was very knowledgeable, experienced, and very helpful throughout our property sale process. She answered all our questions and made sure we received nothing but excellent service in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Cathy to anyone hoping to sell or buy properties in a timely manner. Thanks for all you did for us. Keep up the good work Cathy! You’re the best!

Cathy was amazing. After we had talked about me being a first team me home buyer and what I wanted in a house, she went out of her way to help me understand and find the house that I bought. Cathy always gave her insight and shared her knowledge.

Cathy was so very helpful with guidance throughout the whole process. She was great at assessing my needs and helping me weed through all of the information and decision making process. Things were not always easy, and Cathy was very encouraging and realistic in getting the ends to meet so we could find a home that fit my needs. I am very grateful for her help and support.

.

I have worked with many real estate agents, and she is always right there when you have a question and goes out of her way to make sure that when a house comes on the market she gets me an appointment to look at it right away. She sold a house for me that was on the market for only a week and I got over asking price! She is the best! I am working on a house right now and when it is done she is my go-to agent to get it sold!

Cathy was an excellent realtor! She was great about scheduling viewings quickly in a fast moving market. She also gave some great advice during showings for first time home buyers. She made sure that we were happy with the home we purchased. She also was a great asset during the closing process and was easy to communicate with as well.
