Cathy Westerbeck was recommended by a friend who was very impressed with her ability to sell his house quickly, when others had failed. And, I’m very grateful for his choice. In less than two months, a buyer had made a firm offer for our 85 year old home that is in a relatively small town that does not attract many potential buyers. After writing a lively creative description of the property, Cathy had many very nice still and moving photos online in a flash (as well as drone pictures). These went to numerous realty sites and generated very many views, as well as 2-3 showings most weeks. Some who were shown offered interesting feedback for us to consider.
