Cathy Helped us sell our home with the market for higher priced homes being so hard to sell, she was able to sell it, she dealt with the mortgage companies and title company so that our part was minimal given our circumstances with one mortgage co doing a sale and the other a short sale she was able to handle all the unforeseen requests like a pro.
