There were tears, frustration, and even a moment where we almost gave up. But Catie? She never did. She answered every single question with patience, professionalism, and the kind of reassurance only someone with all the letters after their name (and probably a PhD in psychology 😜) could provide. She guided us through mortgage options, recommended reliable painters and cleaners, even handed us a full list of local utilities with websites and numbers.
