Cathy Stevens Schooler

We had the privilege of meeting Cathy for the first time in front of our soon-to-be dream house. We saw this house on Zillow and indicated that we would like to see it. We didn’t have a realtor, so we checked a box on Zillow that we were available that afternoon. Less than an hour later...we were walking through the house with her! She ensured that the buying process went smoothly and attended to every single detail-regardless of how small. She was meticulous in ensuring that we got the best price. Her knowledge and attentiveness to detail-were PRICELESS when it came to buying a house. We trusted her inherently and she did not disappoint. In addition....even AFTER the sale, she has continued to answer any questions we had about the house and even tracking down the seller to get some answers we needed. She is the best realtor. Hands down. We would never consider using any other realtor!!
