As a first time home-buyer, and buying from out-of-state, I had no idea what to expect. I clicked on the “connect me with an agent” button on Zillow, not even knowing really what that meant, and was connected with Cathy, just for her to answer some general questions about that listing. Within that first conversation, I knew I wanted to work with her moving forward, whether it was in reference to that specific listing or not- she was patient and reassuring and optimistic without making false promises. She took the time to visit properties for me and FaceTime me as she walked around, and then, when I decided to fly down at the last minute to look myself, she took me to see 12 listings in two days!! (some of which were ones she had already visited for me, but she never complained). She was always available to answer my calls and texts and respond to my million nervous questions; she rooted for us and negotiated for us to help me get a nice house in the limited price range I could afford, she went above and beyond to help schedule repairs and find out about utilities and help me measure things and meet up with the family I had in the area…I just don’t know how I would have done it without her and I feel so lucky that Zillow randomly connected me with an angel right off the bat. I could not recommend her highly enough.

Cathy is patient, prompt, honest, creative, knowledgeable, and listens to the customers' particular needs and situations. I had a solid plan on a tight timetable, and she was perfect for the job. We hit everything, to the day it needed to be. She's also an astute negotiator, working between parties, if the need arises. I'd work with her again, in a heartbeat.

Instead, she showed them a fixer upper that was disgusting first, which opened their minds to the possibilities of the second fixer upper which we bought at what we considered a great discount. Our son is excited for his first home, wanting to jump in and fix it up and make it his own. Cathy, with her non-pushy style was the perfect agent for us and our son.
