Flawless Buying and Selling Experience

I had the pleasure of working with Cathy Rossini Lapierre as both my selling and buying agent. She effortlessly managed the search and purchase of a home while simultaneously helping me prepare my home for sale. For my new home she was able to negotiate the purchase even though there were multiple offers. I know it was her rapport and communication with the sellers agent that helped me win this house. She continually updated me on the progress and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. Cathy helped me prepare and market my former home and quickly secured multiple offers. Her expert market analysis led to a quick sale and excellent terms. Her communication was quick and she kept me calm and informed through the entire process. Cathy Rossini Lapierre is a dedicated and skilled professional and she will make buying and selling a home as stress free and smooth as possible! Highly Recommend!
