Great Agent!
Cathy and Wes were a great pleasure to work with! Cathy took a house that normally would be a hard sale due to not being able to qualify for a conventional home loan and was able to find a buyer and close the deal like it was nothing. I have no doubt that other agents would have thrown in the towel trying to find the right buyers for this situation, but Cathy showed a great deal of knowledge and relentlessly sought after the perfect buyer for this house. I would recommend Cathy to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, especially if they need someone that is willing to take on a challenge!
