Cathy sold me my house in 1998. I was a single mom with two kids and scared to death about buying my first home. She stayed in touch with me throughout the years, so it was no question that I would reach out to her 19 years later to sell my home. It was more than a transaction. My kids grew up there. I worked out of my home for years looking out at the valley from the front window. I loved that house, but was living in Alaska now and could not keep it.
