Anything that I asked from Cathy was responded to quickly and efficiently. She knows the local market and this community. She knows her job. What else can be said
Cathy was an amazing real estate agent from start to finish! She's incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market and kept us informed every step of the way. She always responded quickly whenever we had questions, and it was clear she truly had our best interests at heart. Highly recommend!
I give Cathy my highest endorsement. She took the time to learn what my wife and I desired for our new home and then worked diligently to make it happen. We live in Maryland and had to carefully plan our visits for house shopping, but that didn't deter Cathy. She would survey homes and inform us if they were worth our time. She skillfully navigated several instances when the sale could have easily fallen through. As a matter of fact, my wife and I decided twice to walk away from a difficult seller. Cathy stood her ground a did her job and brought things to closure. Her final act was the best. After settlement, we planned to stay overnight in our new home but we forgot our blow-up bed and linen. The force called Cathy said don't worry and brought over a bed, linen and toiletries. She is the best.
Cathy is a rock star. My sister and I have known Cathy since we were little. We knew how tenacious she would be in selling our father’s house and she did not disappoint. When we had questions, she was always one step ahead of us with an answer or solution. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Shes the best! I can’t thank Cathy enough!

Cathy took over and ensured the entire process was completed expeditiously and efficiently. Truly fantastic work by the agent as I was juggling a career that is incredibly demanding of my time.
