She even met us at our jobs to get paperwork to fax off. While going through the loan application we had a few issues and Mrs. Cathy was our saving grace!!!! We found Cathy on Zillow and chose to go with her, over the few that were recommended to us by friends and family. She actually lives in the area and her kids go to the schools. This was important to us. She went above and beyond in every aspect. My husband and I work odd schedules and she was very flexible in accommodating our needs. Cathy Mastroserio was an acquaintance for several years but through securing her as an agent has become a friend. Cathy was able to negotiate the deal on our present custom-built log home nestled on 5 1/2 acres in Carroll County, while at the same time, was able to sell our beautiful home in the much coveted Georgian Subdivision. Cathy was not only the consummate professional during both closings but protected our dual investments, making us aware at times of stipulations we should include that we were previously unaware of as a buyer/seller. When there was a glitch on the buyer's end (closing had to be pushed back due to the buyer's of their home extending their scheduled closing) and amendments needed to be made, she was there every step of the way reassuring us that the closing would happen. When painters, roofers, maintenance crews and carpenters needed access to the home we were selling, Cathy was there without hesitation.
