I’ve been working with Cathy for almost two years selling various properties that my parents owned. My Dad passed away in 2021 and my Mom decided to move closer to family and so I needed to sell their properties to help fund her care. Frankly, Cathy became like family with her care for attention and the needed discipline to sell the various properties and the family home. She truly is our trusted advisor and supported us in a few of the following areas: - Staging needs (painting, clean up, decluttering, landscaping, etc.) - Repairs or improvements to mitigate any barriers to the selling effort and maximize dollars - Understanding the marketing strategy so as to advertise the property and allow potential buyers to appreciate what the property could be if they purchased. - Establishing a list price through analysis, understanding anything that takes away, and fully appreciating the elements that added value to the property - Constant awareness of the market like surrounding properties that might impact the market analysis and list price… as well as current interest rates. - Provided any vendor referrals to fast track any services needed/required to close like septic tank inspections, surveyors, HVAC contractors, plumbers, painters, etc. - Managed and provided any documents that needed to be signed (electronically with DocuSign) as well as worked directly with Title company to keep all legal and insurance needs in compliance. I have one last property to sell, and Cathy will be my realtor for this and any future real estate needs.
