My wife and I have bought and sold various homes and condos in our lives. We interviewed several candidates to assist us in the sale of our vacation home in Florida (we live out of state). We selected Cathy to work with us on the sell side initially and as a result of her fabulous performance we decided to engage her on the purchase side as well. We were extremely impressed with various aspects of her efforts. She was always timely and responsive to everyone's needs (there are always multiple parties that need to be balanced - sellers, buyers, agents and various other constituencies that are involved/providing services). In any deal there are always hurdles to over come and true to form both the purchase and sale had items that needed to be addressed. Cathy was creative and proactive in her approach to solving issues and moving the process along without upsetting things. She is a true professional that has a high level of integrity.
