Selling your home, can sometimes be stressful, what I found with Cathy Lomasney with ERA Key Realty Services was just the opposite when selling my elderly fathers home. Cathy came out to the house to assess the property value, directed me to a staging service before putting the house on the market and kept me in the loop step-by-step. As my Dad still lived in the home, she scheduled two quick open houses to make it less stressful on him and we had several good offers in less than 48 hours. The other caveat was I had a contractor finishing construction of an apartment attached to my home and was waiting for the occupancy permit and trying to juggle the closing to be close to when I could move my dad in. Cathy handled everything professionally and was constantly checking in with me. Her attention to detail ensured everything was handled smoothly and with care, leaving me and my dad confident at every step.
