Superb Professional

Because of our two prior experiences with Cathy, purchasing and selling, we didn't hesitate when we decided to sell our Siesta Key Villa. Cathy was our "go to" professional. And once again, Cathy proved us to be correct. From the beginning of the process, Cathy communicated with a sound knowledge of the real estate market, current trends and an honesty that kept us in the loop constantly. Cathy has a skill for listening to the needs of the seller and all of the decisions effecting the sale were made in a collaborative manner with Valarie and I. All of our questions and concerns were addressed as needed. The present market in Florida does not favor the seller but Cathy worked diligently and sold our home after hosting two open houses. She guided us through inspections, repairs and the eventual closing, making the process as stress free as possible.
