Cathy is the best realtor I've ever had!!!!Typically it is very hard for me to let someone else manage selling/buying property and I really itch to take control, solve problems, negotiate, etc. But with Cathy she had it all so under control that I finally got to feel what its like to just relax and let someone else deal with the drama! She always has a solution worked out before she calls to tell you what has been progressing - its really quite nice as long as I remember to let her do it!!
