My family and I were living out of state at the time we started our house search and Cathy was very accommodating to showing me various listings at times and days that worked for my son and I. On numerous occasions I would look at properties during the week and she would bring us back on the weekends to the ones I liked when my husband could join us. She always knew about the surrounding area and was able to describe in detail the schools and neighborhoods in which I was looking. This helped us narrow down the search. She really went above and beyond every time we met. During the offer, inspection, and closing time period, she kept in close contact and helped my family tie up all the loose ends. We were beyond thrilled that we found the home that fit us and we owe it all to Cathy! We have made Westerly our home and we are so glad we did!
