Cathy Strittmater was our agent when we first bought our townhouse in 2017 and we absolutely loved her then! But this time around, she was even more amazing! We were both selling our townhome and looking to buy a single family home in the area. She gave us amazing tips on how to prepare our home for sale, all of which we did, and then helped us figure out just how much we should be listing our home for- which we ended up selling above asking thanks to her! With her tips for preparing our townhome, negotiating skills, and knowledge of the local area, she helped us sell our townhome for the highest price in our area. She guided us through every offer we received and talked us through the pros and cons of each one too, which really helped us make our decision easy. When it came to buying our next home, she went above and beyond, helping us at the drop of a hat to see homes that came on the market as soon as possible- especially with the market at this moment, it was crazy how quickly things would come on and go off, so getting in to see these homes quickly was essential. We ended up finding a beautiful home in a great area and she helped us make the steps to purchasing. Cathy was great with communicating with us and we will absolutely use her as our realtor again if we decide to sell this next home in a few years!
