We were out of state when this property came to our attention. Cathy went to see it and stayed on her phone with us so we could see it with her. It went pending before she left the driveway, but that deal fell through. Cathy had stayed in touch with the listing broker so our offer went in next and we got a beautiful desirable waterfront home. I would recommend Cathy to anyone who needs help with a purchase. She gets the job done efficiently and with a friendly attitude.
