Cathy Karp

I can't say enough great things about Cathy. She was with us during our search for our first home in 2014. We must have looked at over 50 homes until we found the right one for us. She was so patient with us and helped us find a great starter home. When we were ready to upgrade, we knew we would be having her represent us both for the sale of our old home and the purchase of the new one. Although we had a house in mind, she also showed us other listings that could work for us to keep our options open. She was amazing with negotiating with both the buyers agent for our old home and the sellers agent for the new. She helped us keep a calm head through the whole process. We are now in our forever home and absolutely love it. I couldn't imagine going with anyone other than Cathy.
