My wife and I enjoyed working with Cathy from the purchase of a condo at Laguna Woods Village. Cathy is very professional and very knowledgeable as well as helpful. We live in Pittsburgh, and we had a plan to buy a condo in Laguna Woods, but not urgent, for living after retirement. Several weeks ago, we visited our friend at Trabuco Canyon. We planned to spend a couple of hours to have a look at condos in Laguna Woods Village just to understand the market. Cathy understood our situation very well. She selected just 3 to 4 condos, filtered from a lot of condos based on our requirements, for us to look at. We liked one condo very much, and we changed our minds to immediately make an offer. Next day, we came back to Pittsburgh. For our convenience, Cathy prepared all documents for us to e-sign. She helped us to complete everything required for final settlement, such as contacted a professional for inspection, attended the inspection, negotiated with seller to fix all problems based on the inspection report, did the final inspection for closing. After closing, she still helped us a lot. She helped us to rent the condo. She drove about half an hour to arrive at the condo early morning waiting for refrigerator delivery because the time slot for delivery was 7:00AM to 1:00 PM. She also waited at the condo for mailbox lock replacement during the time slot 7:30AM to 12:00PM. We were very happy with the high efficient process, and we highly recommend her.

Kathy was very professional and knowledgeable, and worked very hard. She responded to our requests and answered our questions promptly. With her help, we were able to buy, repair and rent out the property within a short period of time. Thank you very much, Kathy!
