Cathy was a joy to work with. She is experienced, friendly and funny. She was prepared the first time we met her with a very thorough plan and comps of properties around us. She was very responsive to all my questions and texts, as well as prompt for all future meetings. We were first time sellers and felt like we were in great hands from the minute we spoke to her and all the providers we used to get the house ready were ready to jump as soon as Cathy asked them, which always shows the relationships she has built with them. I would recommend her to anyone selling a house as she is an absolute pro in what she does.
