When we happened upon an ideal property that was sure to move quickly, Cathy hopped right on it and got us a showing the next day. Within the week we were under contract at the exact price we needed. Cathy assisted us with overcoming the many hurdles of selling our current home, and again we got the perfect offer for our needs.
