The entire sale was a very pleasant experience.

The sale was for my cousin, who is in long term care, with me having Power of Attorney. I live in Seminole, and the house is located in Sun City Center. The house needed repairs and a cleanout. Cathy made arrangements for what had to be done and things started to work out very smoothly. I was able to limit my travel to the weekly routine visit to check on the house. Cathy informed me if someone made an offer, we discussed it, and I turned down a few. Paperwork was easy online and prompt. I could not have asked for more convenience. When a buyer was found, the title process went through easily with no holdups, due to Cathy's excellent communication skills with the agents. Cathy totally understood my situation right up to the closing. I want to thank Cathy for a job very well done!
