Sold in a time of isolation. I am out of state and needed to sell my home. It seemed impossible. Yet Cathy Griggs & her Transaction Team did it in record time. They know the Tampa Bay region well. I had an offer on Day One. Several repairs were required and the Griggs Group found reliable reasonable contractors. Online signing for contracts and addenda was provided. There were online digital “showings.” Necessary paperwork was coordinated by e-notary and efficiently executed. All through the process Cathy Griggs was upbeat, positive and communicative. Selling a home in Florida while living in Illinois could have been no easy task. But Cathy made everything easy. Cathy did all the leg work, and Customer/Buyer interfacing for me. She kept me informed, texting and/or calling me every other day, updating me on any progress along the way. I had been down there multiple times previous to the listing, and quickly came to trust Cathy, knowing everything going forward would be in my/our best interest. When the closing became imminent, I did travel to Florida to work in person for the closing. Cathy had set everything up so all I needed to do was show up and sign the papers.
