The Keller Williams crew from Cathy’s office volunteered to help demo the drywall and other damaged items and a neighbor from Cathys’s church provided dehumidifiers. They helped several other neighbors too! Cathy provided advice during the lengthy restoration process and even got it under contract well before it was restored. She helped us made sure we did everything right, including multiple mold tests until it tested clean and hiring licensed local contractors so all the work was done right and at a good price. The new buyers were ecstatic to get a like-new home with all the proper documentation. She really goes above and beyond for all of her customers. Cathy truly is a superhero!
