Absolutely the best choice, especially for high-end real estate. I had a difficult trust sale for an aging parent. Cathy presented the property beautifully and collaborated on pricing effectively such that we had multiple cash offers in two days for a $1M+ property. Even more, when the first buyer had to back-out (of a cash deal no less) due to unusual circumstances, Cathy got two backup buyers to the house the next day, and had two competing contracts before the end of the day. My only regret is that Zillow doesn't allow for a ten-star rating.
