I could not have survived the whole sell, buy situation without Cathy. What a professional. I messed up twice but I wasn't very worried because I knew Cathy would fix it. She very kindly put up with letting me look at several houses. What really amazed me was the fact that she had the twenty pages that she needed to explain to me memorized. When I move again, I will certainly call her.

Sears has an outstanding member in their real estate agency in Cathy Cowles. Her experience had her always steps ahead of us so she had answers for our questions before we thought of the question. She prepared an action calendar so we knew what steps we would need to take, where and when we needed to act and the deadlines for completing them. We were somewhat novices about the current uses of technology in these transactions and she guided us through that without our feeling insecure or inept. Cathy was quick to sense what we wanted accomplished and she and her team were quick to ease us into a better path if needed or explain what change was needed to fit that into the industry’s requirements. Cathy was attentive to us and the selling owner both in such a way it made us feel we were her only client during the transaction. There were some unique factors about the property that required her researching information that originated several years ago. I’m sure her team had to do some of that to allow her attention to remain on current progress of activities and then knowingly explain it all to us. She helped with all aspects of the selling process from what repairs/upgrades to make before putting our home on the market to price point to showings and EVERYTHING in between. She keeps in contact without being over-powering and never made me feel silly for asking the same question a third or fourth time.
