Cathy came into my home, walked through with me, and presented all kind of good ideas for me to think about. She was patient with me because I had been in my home for twenty-two (22) years, and she knew that I was nervous about selling it. She researched the prices of homes that had sold in my neighborhood and came up with the right price to help sale my house as quickly as possible. She always answered any calls I had into her in a very timely manner. I am forever grateful to her for helping me sale my house.

My husband and I had spent a year loosing house after house. The first house Mrs. Cathy represented us on, we were able to get under contract. She noticed things others wouldn’t have and negotiated the best deal for us. She made sure to follow up on every point and saw us through the process seamlessly. We can’t thank you enough!

Cathy was very patient and more than willing to find a home with my needs. She never said no. Always keeping me informed of the houses that came up on the market. Took her time to show me the houses of my selection from the list she provided. And made it very easy at the time of closing. I would definitely buy my next home from her.

Cathy was not originally our realtor. However, when she started assisting us, we decided to not let her go! She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Most of all, she was always accessible when we needed her. She made the process seem a lot less stressful.

Cathy was extremely wonderful at finding someone to purchase our home. One showing and our home was sold!
