I have used Cathy for buying and selling five or six houses over many years. She always responded quickly to my emails, phone calls, or texts. She is very personable and outgoing. She advocates in the best interest for her clients I had just left for vacation two weeks prior to closing on my house. The day I left, the buyers agent asked if I would rent the house to the new buyer prior to closing. I was not prepared for anyone to move in as I still had personal items in the house. Cathy offered to remove the items. She went to the house the next morning and removed everything I asked her to remove and delivered it to my new home. It was very helpful and nice of her to offer and follow through on her offer. I highly recommend Cathy as your agent. Cathy is very friendly and knows her stuff.
