Cathy helped our family when we needed to sell a loved one's home after they passed away. The death was unexpected and it was a very difficult time for our family. Cathy went above and beyond in working through ANY obstacle or issue that arose during the preparation of putting the home on the market, the showings, the contract and right up through closing. She also did all of this with absolute compassion and respect for our deceased family member and our family, still deep in grief. We had legal issues with our property and she was very patient while we sorted things out with our lawyer and the court. Cathy works very hard for her clients to get them the best deal but she is always ethical and fair to both buyers and sellers.
