We are so lucky that our daughter Sidney referred us to Cathy to help us find a home. Cathy made us feel comfortable and very important from the start of our journey looking for a home here in Dubuque. She took the time to ask about our needs, wants and location in a home. From there she set up various visits in the area. Once we found our dream house she helped us negotiate a great purchase price in this highly competitive market.
