I live out of state and she spent a morning installing a router to go along with a modem that was at the house (which had been rented previously). The sprinkling system was connected via wi-fi, so we needed the internet. She was so willing to do anything I asked. She was my eyes and ears since I was not there. Her recommendations for repairs, updates to the home, etc. were perfect. She arranged for so much. She priced the home appropriately. Whenever I had a question, she would answer right away.
