Cathy is a valuable asset when buying ,or selling a home. We have had the pleasure to have Cathy on our side when we purchased a home, and sold a home. She is very knowledgeable about the area that we were interested in.She also asked several questions of the developer that we did not think of , which gave us a sense of comfort. She was very patient and understanding during the entire process. When looking at the pages and pages of documents that you deal with when purchasing and selling a home, is it wonderful to know that you have Cathy on your side to explain it all and walk you patiently through the process.
