In a not so favorable market, Cathy was constantly available and working to assure the home was always prepared for viewing. She always kept me informed on the progress and was very helpful in the final closing stages. I would highly recommend Cathy as my real estate agent and would work with her again in the future

Cathy (with the occasional help from Alex) was excellent in helping us prepare the house for sale. She arranged for the clearing of everything we couldn't personally remove from the house, including a large amount of bookcases (donated to local Ft. Myers schools at my request), boxes of books (also donated to teachers and local organizations), and a garage full of a variety of items we asked her to donate or discard. She also arranged for the cleaning of the rug and the donation or removal of beds and other furniture we left inside the home.

In an extremely difficult market and during a personally difficult time, Cathy Ancefsky was compassionate and worked hard to market and get buyers into our property. She showed integrity by advising when market values were dropping even though that wasn’t welcome news.

Cathy is extremely motivated. Her knowledge of the local real estate market is outstanding. What impressed me most about Cathy was her constant communication to me regarding the property we were trying to sell. Every week, I would receive a text, phone call, recommendation, etc. giving me an update as to what was taking place. I never once had to call her! Cathy held numerous open houses which we did not request . Cathy is is a very pleasant upbeat person to deal with who I would highly recommend.
