We were looking to relocate from Hollywood, Fl to somewhere in Brevard. Stumbled across Cathryn through one of the real estate apps and reached out for a question about a property. That question turned into a million and I received a million and one answers from Cathryn. Not once did she complain and mind you at this point we were not even seriously looking to buy. Fast forward about two years later and Cathryn found us our dream home in Rockledge. She couldn’t have been nicer, more professional and super helpful with lots of great tips too! Being new to Florida Cathryn helped my husband and I find the perfect size house for my family of 5. The location was excellent, close to the school my child attends, shopping and minutes to I95 for commuting. She was very professional and a good friend. Thank you for all that you did for us!!!
