Cathy Thompson did an exceptional job assisting me in buying a condo in St. Augustine Florida to be closer to family. She was very available to me as I needed additional help to make a long distance purchase since i lived in Rhode Island. She enabled me to maximize my trips to Florida to see properties. She did great work to help me purchase a condo that was in bad shape. She spent many additional hours on the purchase as a pipe broke in the condo flooding the condo and the one below during the moving out of the former owner. She made sure all was in order before the closing. Even the day of the closing she negotiated an issue at that was noticed at viewing the morning of the closing. Having both bought and sold a couple other houses Cathy gave me excellent services for a very difficult transaction. I would highly recommend her .
