Cathy was great from start to finish. Finding our home was quick and she was very knowledgeable about the area and what the community had to offer. She kept my family and I in the loop as the weeks approached for us to move in, and we have no regrets. We can’t thank her enough!

My girlfriend and I just moved across the country fir work, and in our short 1 week visit Cathleen set up several showing that fell into our budget and meet our needs. When offers fell through she offered encouraging words and kept on the hunt. Luckily on our last day of looking we found our now home! She made setting up closing and coverering inspections easy from the other side of the country! I can't say enough how helpful she was!

My realtor was friendly and pleasant. The property was priced at a great buy. My primary concern was it took 8 months to close on the property due to a required waiting period of one (1) year in which I wasn’t made aware. I believe this vital info wasn’t forthcoming. There were several opportunities to inform me and the perfect times would have been during one of the 4 contract date extensions. The one (1) year waiting period was made known to me a couple weeks prior to closing by the closing attorney. Meanwhile, for those 8 months I puzzled as to what was the hold up. The day of the closing, my realtor arrived early with a nice ‘thank you’ gift and I was happy to finally complete the transaction.

Cathy was a pleasure to work with. She has been my real estate agent for several years. Two sales and one purchase. With hopefully more to come in the future. Always there to answer questions and keeps you informed with new situations.

Cathy was an excellent agent! She showed me many properties and was very patient. Once I purchased my house I needed handyman help, electrical help, A/C help and insurance help. Cathy hooked me up with all of that. She a credit to your company!!!
