Cathleen walked me through the process every step of the way, held my hand when needed, assisted me with tasks that needed completion, and was a great advisor when decisions needed to be made. She really had my back, and I couldn't be happier.
My experience with Cathleen was nothing but positive she is very personable, honest and very helpful in giving good advice - I would use her again if needed and highly recommend her - a try professional!
Cathleen was very knowledgeable regarding the market and helping me get the best deal. Cathleen always made herself available for any needs during the process ie. meeting inspectors, appraisers etc. I would highly recommend Cathleen for your real estate needs. She made the experience very simple and stress free.
Cathleen always delivers excellence. I can count on her to be on top of the transaction and keeping me informed as she needs to. Her professionalism and great attitude is a bonus to the efficient execution, whether buying or selling. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her!
