Cathi's Communication is always great (not sure if she ever sleeps) Her knowledge far exceeds the knowledge of the market. I feel this is because the FISH Realtors all work together weather they are making money off the transaction or not. They have a wonderful team who strive everyday to put eachother first so everyone can succeed. As for being professional.... Someone need to come up with a word that can be use to describe professional on a whole new level. I recommend Cathi a 1,000% but if you can't work with Cathi for some reason then if you work with a FISH Realtor then everything will turn out GREAT!!!
Cathi new exactly what homes in our neighborhood were selling for, what repairs and curb appeal adjustments should be made. We never encountered any problems as the seller because Cathi was constantly on top of things and took care of the little things before they became big things.
