As I first time homebuyer, I didn’t know fully what I was getting into but Cathi was there was every step of the way. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and had my best interest in mind when I was looking for, then closing on the property I was looking at. She was available and always go back to me regardless of what questions I needed answered. Even after the horrible hurricane hit this area, she still remained in contact and we end up closing just after the storm.

Cathi was supposed to be my eyes and senses with this property, as I was in the desert working for the US government when I purchased this house and property. She videoed the property at my request however, it was grainy and she moved so fast. I could not see the intricate details that I relied on her to tell me if there was any issues. Once I arrived at the property after purchase and sing it for the first time two months after the purchase, the hot tub is old and does not work, the wall oven there is no face cover so you don’t know what buttons do what, the countertops stove is old Even though supposedly this kitchen was remodeled and I’m now paying $11,337 for the HVAC system that was starting to fail. It would’ve been nice to get instruction booklets and items from the seller like I asked Cathi to do. She needs to work on her attention to detail, especially for a half $1 million property sale when the homebuyer cannot physically see the property and is relying on her to be their eyes ears and senses.
