Catherine Ursache helped us find and purchase an investment property in CA. We used an SDIRA for the property which can be a complicated process, and Catherine expertly represented us with this transaction from start to finish. She coordinated with the builder, escrow, and the trust company, managing hundreds of emails and calls over a 6-week period, all the time keeping us in the loop.
