The day after I contacted Cathy, she inspected the house and provided her review and market value. At the time we were out of state and I had to make a decision before the end of the week. Cathy quickly coordinated the listing and staging. The inspection report findings surprised us, we opted to repair the major items requiring four contractors to be onsite. Cathy provided the contractor contacts who were great to work with. She helped with the coordination between the contractors and provided updates. Cathy was very helpful to clear out the remaining items at the house including the sale of a vehicle.
