Graham did an amazing job helping us negotiate a somewhat complicated transaction. He was able to help us understand the regulations around EFU zoning as well as work with the city of ashland and Jackson county to help us learn the rules around construction, sewage hookup etc. He walk us through each piece of the transaction. I would definitely work with Graham again.
