Catherine helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent real estate experience

Catherine Robinson handled the sale of my townhome in the Vista Pacifica complex in San Clemente. The listing took some time on market due to increased interest rates. She suggested to have the place staged with furniture since it was vacant. This was a big help, in getting the home sold more quickly. She also recommended to get an appraisal before putting on the market. This was helpful for confirming the pricing to potential buyers. Overall, I was very satisfied with her expertise in helping me get my home sold to a good buyer.
